GAME TIME

Game time success requires your best foot forward. It requires great communication and strategy. It also requires a collaborative team effort. In order to succeed in Game Time, each participant has to give their best and communicate effectively to their teammates. This class will force you to work on your solo goals while pushing your teammates toward a team win.

STRONG-HER

Strong-her is a class aimed at dispelling the myths and stereotypes that women have with weights. Strong-her is an opportunity to build a deeper relationship with your mindset and therefore your body. It is a chance to discover your higher potential and rid yourself of nagging self-doubt. We are here to create an environment that will help you embrace your strongest self.

Purpose

Weight training, Strength Conditioning and Coaching.

Method

Dumbbell conditioning via personal training in a group setting.

Principles

Overload principle, Time under tension, Work to Rest Ratio variations, and Supersets.

ATHLETICON 2.0

Athleticon 2.0 is Athletic Conditioning to rhythm, timing, AND consistency. As a runner has rhythm to her strides, as a basketball player has timing to her bounce, and as a boxer has consistency to her combos, Athleticon 2.0 fuses sports conditioning with timing and consistency. Physiologically, the aim is to stimulate EPOC, the Afterburn Effect, for maximal fat burn. Participants will leave more in tune with their inner athlete due to the Athleticon coaching experience.

4 Rounds, 8 Exercises via Metabolic Conditioning and HIIT.

DIVERGENT

You are divergent. You wear many hats in your life. You can think logically and creatively. Therefore you have the baseline requirements to move divergently. Divergent will challenge your mind and body through 5 stages called BRAKES. This class will help you create and enhance movement patterns essential for sport and life.

Skill & Ability Optimization, Neuromuscular Conditioning.
